Abstract

Healthcare professionals, especially those working in emergency settings, are subject to a significant amount of stress and pressure in their daily routine. The phenomenon of burnout , characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased personal fulfillment at work, is a growing concern. These professionals face unique challenges, such as dealing with life-or-death situations, long work hours, and lack of adequate resources, which can contribute to the development of burnout.
